It is mainly used for air purification system of various clean plants. Such as all kinds of hotels, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, factories, scientific research institutions and other comfortable places. In terms of installation, there are three types of air cooling air type, air cooling heat pump type and air cooling all fresh air type. Compact structure, small volume, suitable for ceiling hoisting, reduce the installation space.

2. The condensate discharge connected with the unit shall be provided with a water seal with sufficient height.

5. The power supply of the unit is 380V and 50Hz. Only when the power supply meets the requirements can it be connected with the motor. After the power supply is connected, check whether the fan's direction is correct. If it is reversed, stop the machine and change the phase sequence of the power supply.
6. The fan motor should have good grounding, and be provided with other reliable protection such as overload, overheating and missing items. 1. The cold and hot medium of the unit shall be pure softened water, and its working pressure shall not exceed 1.6Mpa.
2. The temperature rise of fan bearing should not exceed 40ºC during normal operation of the unit.
3. The outlet pipe of the unit is equipped with an exhaust valve, which shall be opened before the first operation and the cold and heat conversion to drain the air in the heat exchanger and pipeline, so as not to affect the heat transfer effect. The total cold water temperature of the unit in summer shall not be lower than 5ºC, and the heating temperature in winter shall not be higher than 80ºC.
4. In winter, when all fresh air units of severe cold regions start heating, the heater should be opened for 5-10 minutes before starting the blower to prevent a large amount of cold air from forming ice plugs in the heat exchanger; Stop should first close the fresh air valve, after closing the heater, it is best to close the blower.
5. When the unit is not in use for a long time in winter, it shall empty the water in the coil tube and blow dry with compressed air. If the water cannot be blown clean, it shall add antifreeze in the tube. If the unit does not run temporarily during the winter period, hot water circulation should be ensured in the pipe to prevent rust and freeze. In addition to winter, when the heat exchanger is out of use in other seasons, the heat exchanger should also be filled with water to reduce erosion.
6. The filter should be cleaned regularly to ensure the operation effect of the unit. If the air volume is reduced, it is usually caused by excessive dust accumulation of the filter.
7. After the unit runs for one month, check whether the lifting fastening bolts are loose.
After the unit runs for two to three years, it should be fully maintained, clear the scale in the heat exchanger tube, and clean the heat exchanger fins with compressed air or water. Fan. Motor lubrication parts should be regularly filled with lubricating oil.
